The Blog: Where Joy And Digital Mindfulness
Come to Play
We are all going to live with technology for the rest of our lives. But we get to decide how. The blog is here to help you understand and navigate digital overwhelm and find your way back to joy.
The Joy of Missing Out
The fear of missing out seeps in from somewhere outside of you. It deceives, saying: “You are not doing enough. You don’t have enough. You are not enough.” But I urge you to ask yourself: “where does time stop for me?”—and here’s why you should.
The beginning — Letters from a Luddite
We know why we dash for our devices when they ding in the dark of night: variable reinforcement, viral loops, gamification. All intentionally hooking us up to the internet iv, slot machines in our hands, just one more spin. We’ve lost days like this, nights, weeks. We are on track for years.
Letters from a Luddite: What I learned in 31 Days Offline

I want to challenge you to think of well-being as your relationship to who you are instead of a pursuit of things you may or may not have.
Letters from a Luddite - revisited
