Letters from a Luddite - revisited

It all began with a letter.

Did you know that The Joy of Missing Out was inspired by a 31-day technology fast I took 10 years ago?

It’s true. In 2012, I disabled the data on my smartphone, turned off my email and said goodbye to the Internet for 31 days. This experience, chronicled as the project: Letters from a Luddite, fuelled my passion for exploring the intersection of technology, relationships and joy.

This November, I’m revisiting the letters and reflecting on a decade of pioneering work in digital well-being.

Won’t you join me?
