Your team will complete a Digital Well-Being Assessment - a series of personal questions that will help each member measure themselves on three essential dimensions of human thriving: (1) Joy, (2) Connection, and (3) Balance.
Kick-Off Call: The JOMO Method Workshop
Designing your integrated work-life relationship. Write your personal commitment statement and experience JOMO at work.
Based on Christina’s extensive one-on-one work in the exploration of values and goal setting, this workshop closely engages your team(s) to assess how their personal and team values align or misalign with professional objectives, and the role digital well-being plays in their ability to be productive, creative, and healthy. Teams will engage in a rigorous examination of their personal and organizational values, set realistic and measurable personal and team goals around digital well-being, and craft a contract that captures these goals for ongoing accountability.
The 90-minute session includes a Values Discovery Deck (vibrant 24-card deck, stored in a light linen satchel) for each team member.
The JOMO Method Course Access
Your team will receive a custom portal for The JOMO Method course, Christina’s signature program that teaches your team how to align screen use with your most ambitious goals. You’ll learn how to develop digital immunity, digitally houseclean all of your devices, and build daily, weekly, and monthly digital habits to keep your tech use focused ONLY on what matters most to your team.
The course includes 4 modules of videos, step-by-step guides, and expert conversations. Team members are encouraged to complete 2 lessons per week (for a maximum time commitment of 45 minutes.) Weekly team discussion questions are provided.
